bout encouraging people to have big families!! we are now going o have to pay an extra £10 a week because we have one spare room that isnt being used by a person. We use that room as a wardrobe and to keep things in. £3 a week just to keep my clothes and bog roll in a room. we had to sit an discuss whether to move or not. its disgusting and so unfair to people who have lived in a council house thier whole lives, pay rent and be a good tennant etc. we have to buy a parking permit every year because the councils bright idea was to charge the residents, not make it cheaper for college people to use the car parks in town. (before the permits its was horrendous round here with college kids parking allover.)
